WHAT'S IN THE SETUP

One LED wall,
sized to your booth.

  • 01

    One free-standing LED wall

LED panels held up by truss stands behind the screen, so the front is all picture.

  • 02

    Sized to your booth

The wall is built from 0.5 × 1 m panels, so we size it to your space, from a compact backwall in a 10×10 to a wall across the back of a 10×20.

  • 03

    No rigging fees

Nothing hangs from the ceiling, so there's no rigging to order from the venue and no rigging bill.

  • 04

    A sharp P2.9 picture

Fine-pitch panels keep text and logos crisp, even for people standing right at your booth.

  • 05

    Your video, on a loop

Send us your file. We size it to the wall's exact pixels and it plays on a loop from doors to close.

  • 06

    Any booth, any show

Corner, in-line or island, at any show in Toronto, the GTA or Montréal: we place the wall where it works best and plan the load-in with the show.

WE HANDLE THE SHOW SIDE

We handle the exhibitor forms,
power and timing.

The screen is the easy part. The exhibitor kit, the decorator orders and the venue power are what eat a booth planner's week before a show, and we take them off your list.

  1. 01

    Decorator orders

We place your orders with the show's official contractor, like furniture, graphics and carpet, and make sure they land in your booth.

  2. 02

    Venue power

We order the right power for the wall from the venue, so it's live when we arrive to build.

  3. 03

Your video, checked on the real wall

Before the show we play your file on the actual wall and check colour, text size and timing, so nothing surprises you on opening day.

  4. 04

    A technician, load-in to load-out

We build it, stay on call while the show runs, and take it down when the hall closes.

BOOTH PLANNERS ASK

The questions
before the booking.

Five answers that cover most of what an exhibitor asks us before a show. Anything else, the form below reaches a person.

  1. 01

Do you build the whole booth, or just the LED wall?

The LED wall and everything it takes to run it: delivery, the stands, power to the wall, playback, a technician on site, and the take-down. We are not an exhibit house, so we don't build booth structures or print graphics ourselves. Where you need a counter, carpet or a printed backwall, we place those orders with the show's official contractor on your behalf, so one person is chasing all of it.

  2. 02

What size of wall fits a 10×10 or 10×20 booth?

The wall is built from 0.5 × 1 m panels, so it is sized to your space rather than picked off a list: a 10×10 takes a wall across its back, like the one in the 3D booth above; a 10×20 can carry a wider wall; an island gets a free-standing wall placed where the traffic is. We check the show's height limit for your booth before we size it.

  3. 03

Can we bring our own LED wall into the show?

Yes. Nearly every show lets exhibitors bring their own display and their own supplier; some ask for an exhibitor-appointed-contractor form and a certificate of insurance first, and we file those. The venue sells the power, which we order for the wall. Nothing hangs from the ceiling, so there is no rigging order and no rigging fee.

  4. 04

What do we send you to put on the wall?

Whatever you have: a loop, a product film, slides, or just a logo and brand colours. We tell you the wall's exact pixel size, format the file to it, and play it on the real wall before the show to check colour, text size and timing. On show day it is already running when you walk in.

  5. 05

Which shows and cities do you cover?

Toronto, the GTA and Montréal, with our own crew, at convention-centre shows and hotel conferences alike: the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Enercare Centre, the Toronto Congress Centre, the International Centre in Mississauga and the Palais des congrès de Montréal included. Tell us the show and the dates and we plan the load-in around its move-in window.
